Our story

“Teaching others is like sharing a little piece of one of the best parts of yourself to make the world a better place.”

My high school math teacher, Mr. Pavlotskiy, had this incredible knack for breaking down complex concepts and making learning exciting. He sparked my passion for math, which led me to study Mechanical Engineering. In college, I began tutoring math just as a part-time job. After my first student, Lilly, came to our session excited to share that she got an A on her test, I discovered that I could do for others what Mr. Pavlotskiy did for me—and that’s where my tutoring journey began.

Reflecting on over a decade of one-on-one tutoring experience, I’ve been honored and humbled to grow alongside the students and families who placed their trust in me. I’ve seen the impact I’ve had on their lives, and felt the impact they’ve had on mine. To share that connection and growth with more people, I founded Erulite.
